Our servers are located exclusively in Canada.

Google Analytics, Stripe, HubSpot, Clio 

By using any of these third-party application to interact with the Website, we will not be given access to your login credentials, user name, password, payment information, or any information you may provide directly to these applications.

In order to integrate with other software, you must allow Legalboards to do the integration by providing your login credentials and password directly to these applications.

For the integration with Google Drive, Legalboards access your data with your authorization in Google Drive apps. This integration allow us to help you:

•             Organize file folders related to matters in Legalboards.
•             Sync file updates in your Drive to Legalboards in real-time.
•             Easily access connected files.

We don’t store Google Drive’s information. All your data will still be stored under Google privacy and data protection.

According to the use of your account, we can share the information stored in Google Drive with other softwares that are part of our integration services, i.e. Clio. However, you must allow this sharing by providing your login credentials and password directly in the third-party’s software.

We may use third-party analytics tools to measure traffic and usage trends of the Site and Service. These tools collect information sent by your browser, including the web pages you visit, your browser add-ons, your browser’s width and height, and other information that assists us in improving the Service. We may collect and use this analytics information together with your personal information to build a broader profile of our Users so that we can serve you better.

The Website is not intended to be accessed by persons under the age of 18. The Company does not engage in any marketing efforts aimed at children or minors.

Persons under the age of 18 are prohibited from using the Website in any manner or providing any information to Company. In the event Company is provided with any information, including personal identifying information, relating to a minor, that information will be immediately deleted without notice.
